Millenium Foundation Repair, recently waterproofed our foundation and did a great job. After noticing some water issues in our basement during previous years, we looked into solutions for addressing the problem. We contacted Martin who provided sound advice and recommendations. In consultation with Martin, we decided to excavate our entire home to install new weeping tile and to waterproof the exterior of the foundation wall. While the improvements will truly be put to the test this coming spring, a recent winter thaw has already indicated the waterproofing is working. We were very impressed with the work and his crew.
